DeGRAFF, Board Judge.

     Richard B. Cobb asked us to review the Department of Justice's decision to deny his
request for relocation expenses.

     On June 7, 2006, the Board received a letter from Mr. Cobb stating that since the
Department of Justice reconsidered the transport of one privately owned vehicle, he
considered his claim satisfied.  Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
