     James A. Forbes, Management Counselor, Embassy of the United States, New Delhi,
India, appearing for Department of State.
     
BORWICK, Board Judge.

     Claimant, an employee of the Department of State, filed a claim at this Board
contesting the agency's refusal to reimburse him for expenditures as part of his relocation
from Washington, D.C., to Chennai, India.  The agency notified claimant on March 7, 2006,
that claimant's account would be credited the amount due to him.  Claimant agreed to
dismissal of the claim.  This matter is dismissed.
