     Colonel R. Eric Rissling, Office of Staff Judge Advocate, Headquarters 1st Fighter
Wing, Department of the Air Force, Langley Air Force Base, VA, appearing for Department
of Defense.

GOODMAN, Board Judge.

     Claimant is a civilian employee of the Department of the Air Force.  On December 1,
2005, she filed this case requesting the Board to review the agency's determination with
regard to real estate expenses incurred during her relocation. 

     On February 1, 2006, the claimant and the agency filed a joint request for dismissal,
stating that the parties have resolved the matter.  This case is dismissed.
