   HYATT, Board Judge.
 
        On November 5, 1999, claimant, Sharon A. Parton, an employee
   of  the Defense Commissary  Agency (DeCA), requested  the Board's
   review of DeCA's  decision denying reimbursement of  certain real
   estate expenses incurred in connection with a permanent change of
   station from Corpus Christi Naval Air Station, Texas  to Kirtland
   Air Force Base, New Mexico.  On  December 13, 1999, DeCA notified
   the Board that it had obtained further information supporting the
   claim and had agreed to  reimburse Ms. Parton for these expenses.
   DeCA asked  that the Board dismiss this matter.  By telephone, on
   December 14,  1999, Ms. Parton  confirmed that she has  been paid
   and wishes  to withdraw  her claim.   Accordingly, this  claim is
   dismissed.
