                                 ORDER
 
        Ms. Barbara Yerbury,  a civilian employee of  the Department
   of  the  Army,  filed a  claim  for  reimbursement of  relocation
   expenses in  connection with a   move from Wuerzburg,  Germany to
   Stansbury, Utah.   Ms. Yerbury sought reimbursement of  the costs
   associated with the shipment of her car.   On August 3, 1999, Ms.
   Yerbury withdrew her  claim as this matter had  been settled with
   the agency.  Accordingly, the case is dismissed.
