Fitzgerald, Director, Audits Division, Office of Transportation and Property Management, Federal Supply Service, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, appearing for General Services Administration. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). Eagle USA AirFreight asked for a review of a determination that it had overcharged the Commerce Department's Bureau of the Census on a shipment of printed forms. The request was addressed to the Board of Contract Appeals, and we docketed it as a case. Eagle has now informed us that it intended its letter to go to the General Services Administration's Office of Transportation and Property Management, Audits Division. Eagle has asked us to remove the case from our docket and forward it to the intended addressee. We grant Eagle's recent request. The case is dismissed. Concurrently with the issuance of this dismissal order, the Board is forwarding the earlier letter to the intended addressee. ________________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
