DHL Worldwide Express asked the Board to review a denial by the General Services Administration's Audit Division of that carrier's claim for additional payment for transporting a shipment of containers from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, to Grafenwoehr, Germany, and back, between February and April 2000, for the Department of Defense. In response to the claim, the Audit Division reexamined the matter and agreed with the carrier. It consequently issued a settlement certificate granting payment.
