appearing for Claimant.

     James F. Fitzgerald, Director, Audit Division, Office of Transportation and Property
Management, Federal Supply Service, General Services Administration, Washington, DC,
appearing for General Services Administration.

WILLIAMS, Board Judge.

     On July 2, 2002, claimant, Interstate International, Inc., requested review of the
General Services Administration's (GSA's) audit action involving Government bills of lading
HQ-565,712; HQ-400,867; and HQ-566,943.  On August 2, 2002, GSA informed the Board
that certificates of settlement would be issued for this claim; and on October 15, 2002,
claimant informed the Board that it had received payment.

     Accordingly, this case is dismissed.
