     On October 11, 2001, Roadway Express, Inc. asked us to review the General Services
Administration's (GSA's) decision to deduct $1169.13 in connection with Government Bill
of Lading transaction M1442535.  In a letter dated November 6, GSA stated that it agreed
with Roadway that the deduction should not have been made, and that it allowed Roadway's
claim on October 9.  

     On November 7, the Board explained to Roadway that GSA's response leaves nothing
for us to review regarding the deduction and that we would dismiss Roadway's claim unless
Roadway explained by November 28, why we should review GSA's decision regarding the
deduction.   We heard nothing from Roadway by November 28.  

     We dismiss the claim as moot.
