Quinn, Staff Judge Advocate, Headquarters, Military Traffic Management Command, Department of the Army, Falls Church, VA, appearing for Department of Defense. GOODMAN, Board Judge. Tri-State Motor Transit Co. asked us to review the denial, by the Audit Division of the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Service, of the carrier's claim for additional payment for transporting a shipment of ammunition for the Department of the Navy in March 1994. The Audit Division had rejected the claim. In response to the filing of this case, the Audit Division reexamined the matter. It agreed with the carrier as to the merit of the claim. It consequently issued a settlement certificate granting full payment. Accordingly, the case is dismissed. ___________________________ ALLAN H. GOODMAN Board Judge
