PARKER, Board Judge.

     On August 6, 1999, Tri-State Motor Transit Co. (TSMT) requested a review of the
General Services Administration's (GSA's) denial of its claim for excess valuation charges 
in connection with a shipment of freight from Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma to Hill Air
Force Base, Utah.   

     GSA reviewed TSMT's claim and issued a notice of settlement of claim for payment
of the entire amount claimed.  TSMT informed the Board that no further action is necessary. 
Accordingly, the claim is dismissed.
