        On  December 28,  1998, Tri-State  Motor  Transit Co.  (Tri-
   State)  requested review of the General Services Administration's
   (GSA's)  audit action  involving Government  bills  of lading  C-
   7,178,946,   C-7,178,921,   C-7,178,913,  C-7,178,916,   and   C-
   7,178,947.   On February 1, 1999,  Tri-State reduced each  of its
   claims,  and  on February  18, 1999,  GSA issued  certificates of
   settlement for the remainder of the claims.
 
        Accordingly, this case is dismissed.
