        In this matter,  the claimant, Tri-State Motor  Transit Co.,
   seeks an additional $284.50 under Government bill of lading (GBL)
   G-2,499,670.   The General Services  Administration (GSA), Office
   of Transportation  Audits (OTA),  initially denied  the claim  as
   untimely.   Subsequent to the  filing of this matter,  the agency
   has reversed its  position and issued a certificate of settlement
   authorizing  payment  of  the  amount  requested.    That  action
   resolves this matter, which the Board dismisses.
