On March 27, 1998, Tri-State Motor Transit Co. (Tri-State) requested review of the General Services Administration's (GSA's) audit action involving Government bill of lading G-0,763,611. On June 2, 1999, Tri-State informed the Board that the matter has been resolved through negotiations between the parties and that GSA has, with Military Traffic Management Command approval, paid the full principal amount of Tri-State's claim, without interest.
