   VERGILIO, Board Judge.
 
        The  claimant, C.I.  Whitten Transfer Co.,  seeks additional
   payment for  a  shipment under  Government bill  of lading  (GBL)
   G-5,868,925.   The Office  of  Transportation Audits  (OTA)   has
   reviewed the claim record and  concluded that the claim should be
   allowed.    The  OTA  has  issued  a  certificate  of  settlement
   authorizing  payment  of $304.73,  the amount  sought.   With the
   claim  resolved and  the  certificate  issued,  there  no  longer
   remains a  matter for  this Board to  resolve.   Accordingly, the
   Board dismisses this matter.
