        On January  20, 1998,  Diablo Transportation, Inc.  (Diablo)
   requested a  review  of  the  General  Services  Administration's
   (GSA's) denial of  its claim for excess valuation  charges in the
   amount of $58.35 in connection  with the shipment of freight from
   Scottsdale, Arizona to Patrick Air Force Base, Florida.   
        GSA  reviewed   Diablo's  claim  and  issued   a  settlement
   certificate  authorizing  payment  of $58.35.    Accordingly, the
   claim is dismissed.
