On January 14, 1998, claimant requested our review of the General Services Administration's (GSA's) Office of Transportation Audits (OTA) denial of six supplemental claims for excess valuation charges on freight transportation provided by claimant to the United States Government. The Government bills of lading (GBLs) at issue and amounts of each are as follows: GBL D-1,925,309 $ 75.15 GBL D-1,982,314 $ 75.15 GBL G-0,808,186 $ 30.00 GBL D-2,350,186 $159.60 GBL D-2,525,348 $ 13.65 GBL D-1,077,138 $ 54.60 $408.15 On February 2, 1998, GSA OTA filed a response to McGil's request for review and agreed with claimant that the Comptroller General and this Board have previously rendered decisions in favor of claimant on this issue. GSA OTA issued settlement certificates allowing each of six claims in the full amount on February 18 and 19, and April 17, 1998.
