        The claimant,  TRISM Specialized Carriers,  seeks additional
   payment for shipments under fifty-five Government bills of lading
   (GBLs).   The Office of Transportation Audits  (OTA) has reviewed
   the  claims which  involve charges  for  excess value.   OTA  has
   allowed the claims  and issued certificates of  settlement.  With
   the claims resolved  and the certificates issued, there no longer
   remains a  matter for  this Board to  resolve.   Accordingly, the
   Board dismisses this matter.
