On November 12, 1997, C.I. Whitten Transfer Co. (Whitten) requested a review of the General Services Administration's (GSA's) denial of its supplemental claim for transportation charges in the amount of $512.20 in connection with the shipment of freight. The Office of Transportation Audits notified the Board on December 8, 1997, that it had reviewed the documentation submitted by Whitten and agrees that the claim was timely filed and will now reconsider the claim basis and render a decision. The Board hereby dismisses this claim for reconsideration by the Office of Transportation Audits. If Whitten is dissatisfied with that office's determination, it may timely file a new request for our review of the matter. __________________________ ROBERT W. PARKER Board Judge
