Quinn, Staff Judge Advocate, Headquarters, Military Traffic Management Command, Department of the Army, Falls Church, VA, appearing for Department of Defense. NEILL, Board Judge. On October 23, 1997, Tri-State Motor Transit Co. (Tri-State) requested that we review a supplemental billing in the amount of $299.38. The shipment in question was from Schenectady, New York, to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and was covered by Government bill of lading C-9,615,047 . The Office of Transportation Audits (OTA) of the General Services Administration has advised us that the claim in question is not in dispute. As evidence of this, OTA has provided the Board with a certificate of settlement expressly stating that $299.38 is due from the United States for the claim in question. There no longer being any dispute concerning the allowability of this claim of Tri-State. This case is dismissed. ______________________ EDWIN B. NEILL Board Judge
