        Tri-State Motor  Transit Co.  requested a  review of  GSA s
   audit  action  on Tri-State s  supplemental  claim  for  payment
   under Government Bill  of Lading G-1,635,541.  GSA has  issued a
   Certificate  of  Settlement authorizing  payment  of the  entire
   amount claimed to Tri-State Motor Co.
 
        Accordingly, this claim is DISMISSED.
