        Tri-State Motor Transit Company (Tri-State) sought review at
   this Board of the Office of Transportation Audit's (OTA's) denial
   of claims  arising  under Government  Bills of  Lading (GBLs)  C-
   9,440,882, C-4,197,567 and E-3,483,241.  On April 22, 1998,  Tri-
   State advised that it had received  payment in full for each GBL.
