        On July  14,  1997, C.  I.  Whitten Transfer  Co.  (Whitten)
   requested  a  review  of  the  General  Services Administration's
   (GSA's) denial  of its  claim for  transportation charges  in the
   amount of $336 under Government bill of lading D-2,160,713.
 
        On September  10, 1997, GSA  informed the Board that  it was
   processing a certificate  of settlement in the amount  of $336 to
   Whitten; and on  December 16,  1997, Whitten  informed the  Board
   that it received the payment.
 
        Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
