        The claimant, Tri-State  Motor Transit  Co., sought  payment
   for additional transportation charges under a specific Government
   bill of lading.  Tri-State has accepted a settlement, proposed by
   the  Office of Transportation Audits, authorizing payment for the
   amount sought.   The acceptance  resolves this claim.   The Board
   dismisses this claim with prejudice to reinstatement.
