        On February 18, 1997, Tri-State Motor Transit Co.  requested
   a review of the General  Services Administration's denial of  its
   claim under Government  bill of lading C-0,917,247  involving use
   of Department of Defense (DOD) rate tenders for movement of arms,
   ammunition, and explosives on behalf of non-DOD federal agencies.
 
        On  April  1,  1998,  claimant  informed  the  Board that  a
   Certificate of Settlement had been issued resolving the claims at
   issue and it was withdrawing the claims.

        Accordingly, this claim is dismissed.
