On October 21, 1996, C.I. Whitten Transfer Co. requested a review of the General Services Administration's denial of its claim for transportation charges in the amount of $171.75 in connection with the shipment of freight from Yorktown, Virginia to New Orleans, Louisiana. The Office of Transportation Audits notified the Board on March 26, 1997, that it had issued a certificate of settlement in this claim. C.I.
