                                   ORDER

     On October 7, 1996, Tri-State Motor Transit Company requested
that the Board review the General Services Administration s (GSA s)
denial of its claim in the amount of $523 for charges for freight
transportation furnished to the Department of Defense under a
Government bill of lading.

     On December 16, 1996, Tri-State withdrew its request for
review of GSA s denial.  GSA has no objection to the withdrawal. 
Accordingly, this claim is DISMISSED.
