                                   ORDER

     Delcher Intercontinental filed its claim with the Board on
September 23, 1996, seeking reimbursement for moving services
performed in connection with a shipment of goods from Santa Maria,
California to Clark AFB, Philippines.  

     On December 23, claimant filed a motion to dismiss stating the
claim has been settled.

     Accordingly, the claim is DISMISSED.
