Military Traffic Management Command, Department of the Army,

     On October 3, 1997, we held a conference with Mr. Jeffrey
Thurston of GSA's Office of Transportation Audits (OTA)
participating for the Government and Mr. David Rouse, Vice
President, participating for Barnett Transportation, Inc., 
(claimant).  The OTA will issue a settlement certificate in favor
of claimant for $222.10. Payment of the certificate will be made
by the Department of Defense.  Based on the above, claimant
withdraws its claim.
