On March 14, 1996, claimant requested the General Accounting Office (GAO) office to review the General Services Administration's (GSA's) denial its claim on ten Government bills of lading (GBLs): C-0,688,132; D-2,048,188; D-2045,366; D- 2094,642; D-0,727,754, E-1,223,905; G-1,017,340; C-7,573,565; D- 2,095,382; and D-2,095,384. The claim was transferred by GAO to the Board.[foot #] 1 GSA advised the Board that all GBLs had been settled and allowed. We requested claimant to state whether it agreed to a dismissal.
