VERGILIO, Board Judge.

     The claimant, Tri-State Motor Transit Co., sought payment for
additional transportation charges under a specific Government bill
of lading.  Tri-State has received and accepted payment.  The
acceptance resolves this claim, but no others--that is, Tri-State
specifies that its acceptance of the amount does not reflect
agreement with agency positions taken.  The Board dismisses this
claim--final agency action having occurred.
