ORDER On February 10, 1995, Zenith Data Systems Corporation protested the Department of Army's award to Sysorex Information Systems, Inc., pursuant to the Army Personal Computer-1 ("PC-1") acquisition. Although Electronic Data Systems Corporation was also an awardee, this protest only challenged the award to Sysorex. On March 1, 1995, Zenith moved to the Board to dismiss the protest with prejudice. Pursuant to the agreement of the parties and Rule 28, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
