        On  December 21, 1994,  Nola Computer Services,  Inc. (Nola)
   filed a protest at this Board contesting its elimination from the
   competitive  range  in  a  procurement  for  Federal  Information
   Processing  support services conducted  by the Department  of the
   Navy (Navy).   The  parties settled their  dispute when  the Navy
   restored  Nola  to the  competitive  range,  and Nola  agreed  to
   withdraw   its  protest,  with  each  party  bearing  its  costs.
   Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, and Board Rule 28, this
   protest is DISMISSED.
