                                 ORDER
 
        On  December 28, 1994, Integrated Systems Group, Inc., filed
   a Rule 33 Motion for Relief from Decision or Order requesting the
   parties be relieved from a portion  of the relief granted in  the
   Board's decision dated November 29, 1994.
 
        On January 5, 1995, Integrated Systems Group,  Inc., filed a
   motion to withdraw its Rule 33 motion.
 
        Accordingly, this motion is DISMISSED.  Rule 28.
