        On April 26, 1993, the Board issued an order of dismissal in
   the protest  of Xerox  Corporation (Xerox).   Xerox' protest  was
   dismissed without prejudice.
 
        Because the Board's decision contains information considered
   by the  parties to be  procurement sensitive or  proprietary, the
   Board issued  the order of dismissal subject in its entirety to a
