ORDER On November 23, 1992, the Board received this protest filed by BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. alleging that the award by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration of a contract for augmentation of the digital telecommunications system at the Stennis Space Center under RFP No. 13-SSC-P-92-21 is in violation of law and regulation. On December 14, 1992, the Board received a joint motion to dismiss the protest with prejudice that provided: Protester BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. ("BellSouth") and Respondent National Aeronautics and Space Administration ("NASA"), having entered into a full and complete settlement, hereby request through the undersigned counsel that the Board dismiss with prejudice the above-captioned Protest.
