(STel), protested the award of a contract to Information Systems & Networks Corporation (ISN), for technical services supporting the FAA in its communications and aircraft acquisition planning programs. In a letter filed with the Board on December 16, 1992, STel stated that it had decided not to pursue its protest. This was confirmed in a conference held on December 16, 1992. Counsel for respondent and intervenor have no objection to withdrawal of the protest. At the request of respondent, the Board orally lifted the suspension of its delegation of procurement authority. Decision Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a)(1). This dismissal shall convert to one with prejudice ten days from the date of this order, unless either party requests reinstatement prior to that date. The Board's suspension of respondent's delegation of procurement authority lapses by its terms. __________________________ CATHERINE B. HYATT Board Judge
