Order of Dismissal On June 26, 1992, SUNCOS INCORPORATED (SUNCOS) filed a protest concerning solicitation number 52-SOBC-2-00011 issued by the Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census, for automated data processing equipment. On July 22, 1992, SUNCOS withdrew its protest. Counsel for respondent and intervenor have no objections. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
