                              ORDER

     On February 7, 2006, Allen Ballew General Contractor, Inc., filed a notice of appeal
in connection with a dispute under contract number GS05P04GAC0042, relating to
renovations at the Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building in Detroit, Michigan.  On
November 20, 2006, appellant filed a motion for dismissal with prejudice stating the parties
have settled the dispute.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
