                              ORDER

     On November 29, 2005, Lamonte Inc. appealed the final decision of a General
Services Administration contracting officer partially terminating for default purchase order
number GS-04P-05-RTM-0051 for wall and ceiling repair and carpet replacement at the
United States Customs Laboratory in Savannah, Georgia.

     On April 24, 2006, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal, stating that they
have entered into a settlement agreement and requesting that this appeal be dismissed with
prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128.
