                              ORDER

     On November 4, 2005, Skanska USA Building Inc. filed a notice of appeal in
connection with a dispute under contract number GS11P02MKC0052, for the construction
of the New Census Bureau Headquarters Office Complex located at the Suitland Federal
Center in Suitland, Maryland.  On April 17, 2006, the parties filed a joint stipulation of
dismissal with prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
