ORDER On October 12, 2005, appellant, Tecom, Inc., filed a notice of appeal of a contracting officer's deemed denial of its claim for excess costs of snow removal in connection with a facilities management contract for the Internal Revenue Service Center in Holtsville, New York. Later, on the same day, the Board received a letter from appellant requesting that the appeal be withdrawn and dismissed without prejudice. Accordingly, appellant's request is granted.
