                              ORDER

     On September 6, 2005, appellant, Olusegun Adenowo, appealed the final decision of
a General Services Administration contracting officer terminating for default his contract
under sale number 7FFBPC-05-603 and assessing liquidated damages.  On October 17, 2005, 
respondent filed a jointly executed settlement agreement in which appellant agrees to have
the appeal dismissed with prejudice as all disputes have been settled.  

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
