                             ORDER

     ABB SUSA, Inc., appealed a contracting officer's decision
denying a claim for an extension of time in which to complete
performance under a contract with the Department of State for
construction of the United States Embassy in Luanda, Angola.

     Appellant has filed a Motion to Dismiss stating that the
parties have resolved any and all disputes regarding this matter
and requesting that  the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
