     On June 6, 2005, respondent filed a motion to consolidate these appeals into a single
docket number.  On June 14, 2005, appellant filed its response stating that appellant does not
object to the consolidation.

     Accordingly, the appeals of Richard E. McCleary, GSBCA 16643 and GSBCA 16644,
are hereby consolidated as GSBCA 16643, and GSBCA 16644 is DISMISSED.
