                              ORDER

    On April 26, 2005, appellant, The J. Diamond Group d/b/a The Diamond Group,
appealed a contracting officer's decision denying its claim for an equitable adjustment under
a contract to provide security services for the Internal Revenue Service Center in Austin,
Texas.  On August 9, 2005, appellant filed a motion to dismiss its complaint, requesting that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.  Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
