                              ORDER

     Blue Heron II Trust purchased, at an online auction conducted by the General Services
Administration (GSA), timber which had been salvaged from bridge demolition.  The Trust
later made three claims to a GSA contracting officer regarding this purchase.  The
contracting officer denied two of the claims and was deemed to have denied the third.  The
Trust appealed her denials.

     The parties have now settled the appeal and have asked the Board to dismiss it with
prejudice.

     Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED.
