ORDER On February 24, 2005, appellant, Galaxy Scientific Corporation, filed an appeal of a contracting officer's decision denying its claim for the amount of $12,963.71 in connection with an order placed under the General Services Administration Federal Supply Service’s contract number GS-23F-0243K to provide engineering, analysis, research, data collection, development, test and evaluation, and independent validation and verification support services for United States Coast Guard technical training programs. In its notice of appeal, appellant elected the small claims procedure. Rule 202 (48 CFR 6102.2 (2003)). The parties have now settled this matter and the Board has received their joint motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice pursuant to Board Rule 128(a).
