ORDER On February 4, 2005, appellant, Myers Investigative & Security Services, Inc., appealed a decision by an Environmental Protection Agency contracting officer to assess liquidated damages under a contract for the provision of security guard services. The parties have now settled their dispute. On December 26, 2006, appellant's counsel filed with the Board a notice to withdraw the appeal, requesting that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.
