                              ORDER

     Danny Bell filed this appeal on February 4, 2005, in connection with a dispute under
contract number GS04F04FBED612, for the purchase of a vehicle.  On July 20, 2005, the
parties filed a motion to dismiss with prejudice, stating the parties have executed a settlement
agreement.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
